Preparation


 
  • Steep Spanish Saffron in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Add crushed garlic to mayonnaise. Add Saffron and water.
  • Season to taste with Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
