oatmeal
1 tbsp

apple, thinly sliced

pear, thinly sliced
1 tbsp
brown sugar
juice of 1/2 small lemon

Preparation
  1. Fold Apple Pie Spice and oatmeal into Homemade Pancake batter.
  2. Cook according to Homemade Mix and Pancake recipe directions. Keep warm in a low oven.
  3. In frying pan, melt butter, then add apple, pear, sugar, and lemon juice. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes, then spoon over pancakes.
Tips

Top with a dollop of low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt for an extra kick of creamy tartness.
